Elizabeth and Daniela, Dr pinzon, were lovely, I had the best cleaning ever, the difference was incredible, I highly recommend this for everyone. I was and very happy when the deep cleaning was done.

I recently needed to switch dentists after moving from Coral Springs to Delray, and I feel absolutely fortunate that Floss Dental popped up when I Googled the best dentists in Delray. They were one of the few offices that immediately got me an appointment—and made the whole process super easy. The moment I pulled into their location and walked into the lobby, I could tell this was going to be a different experience from the typical, boring dental office. The space has a spa-like vibe, great music playing, beautiful decor, and an incredibly friendly staff. Big shoutout to Jose at the front desk for keeping everything running smoothly—even while their computer systems were down! My experience was fantastic. I got everything I needed done that same day, and I already have a follow-up appointment for a few more recommended treatments. Dr. Pinzon was awesome—he explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand and really makes you feel like he’s focused on your individual needs. One really cool feature: they have multiple TVs on the walls and even on the ceiling, so there’s always something to watch while you’re in the chair. Overall, it’s a super fun and refreshing take on what a dental office can be. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch and unique dental experience.

Wonderful place!!! Wonderful people. I'm telling everyone that I know that they need tocome here!! My teeth look amazing, probably the best they've ever looked. I have horrible anxiety and from the minute I walk into the door and I see Daniella she makes me feel so much more comfortable and then Jose just puts me at ease makes me laugh and tells me to relax and trust them and Dr. pinzon always makes me smile and feel safe. I had a feeling that they were going to do a great job as soon as I met them and they certainly did. I would never even consider going to another dentist office as long as I'm in South Florida. My children, my parents and myself will be lifelong patients 😁

I called them at 2 AM while dealing with some of the most excruciating pain I’ve ever experienced, and Elizabeth at the front desk was absolutely incredible. She was not only kind and compassionate, but she immediately took action—calling me back, scheduling me for the very next day, and even guiding me on what medication to take and how often. She truly helped me get through that long, painful night. When I arrived at the office, Elizabeth greeted me with the same warmth and care, and it honestly meant so much to be able to thank her in person. The entire experience felt welcoming and reassuring from the moment I walked in. The dentist Dr. Pinzon was just as impressive—extremely professional, communicative, and attentive throughout the entire visit. He made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. This team works so well together, and it shows in the level of care they provide.
